About Us

Megan Britt is the Manager of Policy and Communications at Massachusetts 2020. She is responsible for developing the organization’s public policy and communications strategy and building a support network for Expanded Learning Time.  

Prior to joining Mass 2020, Megan managed the marketing, communications, and event coordination needs at Action for Boston Community Development for five years, serving as an advocate for low-income families and individuals in the greater Boston area. In 2008, she was an Education Pioneers Fellow in Boston, working with Citizen Schools on a national recruitment strategy to support their rapid expansion. 

Megan received her Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA from Duke University.  She is a native of Summit, NJ, and currently resides in Boston, MA.
